HOW IT WORKS
  • A small amount of compressed air enters the ring nozzle at point (A). That is then throttled through a small ring nozzle at high velocity and into the inside of the Vacuum chamber over a “coanda” profile. The compressed air stream clings to the “coanda” profile as it enters the inside walls of the Vacuum chamber and thereby creating a vacuum that induces the outside air at point (E)(C) Laser processing materials(D) like fume, particle, gas produced on the surface of the surface and the dust-air are collected in the integrated vacuum chamber and delivered to the filter unit through (F) exhaust
  • The air (B) from the mounted inside moves fumes, particles from the surface of the product to the suction area. HCS model is square in figure and HCR Derivatives. You can customize the system as requested and address any unique process conditions and usage.
